When should you take Nucific Bio X4? What is the best time to take probiotics for maximum effect? Let’s find out!
If you’ve already read our full Nucific Bio X4 review, you’ll know that we aren’t particularly impressed with this probiotic.
There are lots of reasons why we don’t recommend Bio X4; the unproven ingredients, the bloated formula, and the fact that it isn’t especially useful for weight loss are the main problems as far as we’re concerned.
But these flaws don’t stop thousands of people using Bio X4 every single day. The fact remains that this is one of the best-selling probiotic supplements in the world. There are more searches for information about Bio X4 than there is for any other probiotic, or any other gut supplement for that matter. The margin is quite large too!
At Open Health Tools, we aim to be as helpful as possible regardless of our own opinions about a particular supplement. So, we think it’s worth answering this question – when should I take Bio X4 for maximum benefits? This is, after all, one of the most commonly asked questions about Nucific Bio X4.
Let’s get right into it.
When to take Bio X4 for maximum benefits
When should I take Bio X4?
Here’s the answer. It really doesn’t matter when you take Bio X4 so long as you are taking it consistently over the course of several weeks. This is true of all probiotics; the time of day that you take it should not effect end results. The only thing to keep in mind is that probiotics are best taken together with food, and when consumed at the same time each day.
So really, the best time to take Bio X4 is whatever time you are most likely to be eating at every single day. If you routinely miss lunch and dinner depends on chaotic working hours, then we recommend taking Bio X4 with breakfast. Similarly, if you regularly skip breakfast, take Bio X4 whenever you normally break your fast!
Another thing to think about is water consumption – according to Nucific, you should try to take Bio X4 with a full glass of water.
These considerations – whether or not you are taking the probiotic with food and water – are far more important than when you are taking your probiotic (that applies to Bio X4 and to any probiotic).
The reason timing isn’t important for probiotics is that they work by rebalancing your gut microbiome. This is a gradual process which should have lasting, long-term benefits; it is not something which you achieve overnight, nor is it something which disappears overnight either (unless your diet and lifestyle are highly damaging to gut bacteria).
As such, probiotics do not have any acute benefits. They only work when you take them consistently, on a regular basis, over many days, weeks, and months. The exact time of day is therefore unimportant – whether you take your probiotic at 9am or 3pm isn’t going to influence how it affects your gut microbiome over the long-term.
