Relief Factor Cheaper Alternatives

April 16, 2022 by J. TheorinLeave a Comment

Relief Factor alternatives

Every year over 15 million people in the United States alone report suffering from intense joint pain that significantly affects mobility, flexibility, and overall quality of life. Anything from exercising to the simplest of tasks like opening a bottle can trigger excruciating pain.

Because of these demoralizing factors, people scour the internet looking for the next life-changing joint supplement to give them a taste of the joint pain relief they so desperately seek. Relief Factor is one of the latest in joint pain relief supplements, but you might find this stack in some unfamiliar places. If you’ve read our Relief Factor review or our analysis of the ingredients in Relief Factor, you’ll see that we aren’t buying that this is the amazing joint supplement it claims to be.

Not only is Relief Factor readily available at dozens of online retailers, but you’ll also find it along store shelves at pharmacy giants like Walgreens and CVS, along with big-box wholesaler giant Costco. People have no problem lining up to pay upwards of $100 for a single month’s worth of supplements.

The truth is, there are much cheaper alternatives to Relief Factor, many of them consisting of ingredients of a higher quality as well. These unassuming alternatives to Relief Factor may also come as a bit of a surprise when you find out how straightforward they are. Read on to find out more!

Who makes Relief Factor?

The duo behind Relief Factor is the father/son team Pete and Seth Talbott, who make no attempt to shy away from being the face of the product. These two advertise their product heavily, which ends up drumming up a significant amount of interest from senior-age customers looking for relief from the side effects of arthritis.

In turn, tens of thousands of users search for Relief Factor reviews to find out if the hype is real. This normally ends up segueing into subsequent searches for cheaper alternatives to Relief Factor.

Relief Factor is manufactured and distributed by Promedev LLC, which is situated in Kirkland, WA, and is the baby of the Talbotts.

Perhaps one of the elements that catapulted them to success is the fact that they received heavy promotion on the radio show of Michael Medved.

He’s also heavily featured on the Relief Factor website, where he’s featured as a testament to the benefits of this joint supplement. We’re not sure if Medved owns a stake in Relief Factor but it wouldn’t surprise us.

So before we get into cheaper alternatives to Relief Factor, let’s have a quick rundown of the things that need to be replicated by any substitute.

Relief Factor Ingredients

These are the items that need to be replaced in order to create a proper alternative to Relief Factor.

Omega-3 – 900mg

The Omega-3s contained in Relief Factor are a fantastic anti-inflammatory. This supplement specifically contains the DHA version of fatty acids which actually reduce inflammation gene

Turmeric – 667mg

This powerful herbal supplement is best known for anti-inflammatory and antioxidant-based relief. Multiple studies have reported that the curcuminoids found within turmeric are more efficient at treating arthritis pain than many prescription pain relievers designed for the chronic condition.

Epimedium 200mg

This is a Chinese herb that’s been used for hundreds of years for symptoms associated with inflammation. There have been certain reports of it being effective but no major clinical research suggests the same.

Japanese Fleece Flower 70mg

This compound is probably known by its other name, Horny Goat Weed. It’s typically used in blends as a male enhancement supplement but isn’t very beneficial for joint pain relief.

So what are some cheap alternatives to Relief Factor? Any of the following may be used in place of Relief Factor to promote the same benefits.

Cheaper Alternatives to Relief Factor

Honestly, you wouldn’t find it very difficult to go to your local grocery or health store to find a suitable replacement for Relief Factor. The ingredients are far from impressive – half of them are useless, and the turmeric contained in Relief Factor is of low quality.

Cheaper alternatives to Relief Factor

Additionally, turmeric lacks the black pepper needed for the body to absorb the curcumin to maximize the benefits. So what can you use as an alternative to Relief Factor?

Vitamin D

Lacking proper levels of Vitamin D may lead to the development of osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis. Low levels are also associated with increasing the severity of rheumatoid arthritis in some people.

Turmeric

Turmeric on its own is strong enough to effective in treating joint pain. Grab the highest quality, strongest package of turmeric powder you can find. You want something that’s got about 90% curcumin content.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids

The simplest thing to purchase in this case is a bottle of fish oil supplements.

Before you head out grab some raw black pepper, grapes, and blackberries. When you get home measure up about 1,000 mg of turmeric, the equivalent of 1.5 g of fish oil, and a day’s worth of Vitamin D. Toss in a teaspoon of black pepper, your grapes, and blueberries, and blend with yogurt and coconut water.

Congratulations – you’ve just created a shake that’s MORE effective and much cheaper than Relief Factor.

Is Relief Factor worth the money?

For a month’s supply of Relief Factor, you’re looking at just shy of $100. For the blend described above, you can keep yourself supplied with the ingredients to make one of those shakes every day for about $40. With a markup that big, we don’t need to tell you that Relief Factor isn’t worth the money.

Even if you don’t compare Relief Factor’s price to the individual ingredients, this joint supplement still represents terrible value for money.

There are several ingredients missing from Relief Factor that are present in several of the best joint supplements and which are vital for long-term joint support, pain relief and flexibility. Things like MSM, Glucosamine and Chrondroitin have all been proven to improve joint pain symptoms in clinical trials, and none are found in Relief Factor.

If you’re looking for a powerful, research-backed alternative to Relief Factor, there’s another supplement on the market that doesn’t just provide relief for joint pain, but actually rebuilds joints and promotes long-term protection.

Physio Flex Pro is the best joint supplement on the market today. It offers comprehensive joint support, help reducing pain and stiffness, and provides long-term support for maintaining joint health.
