J. Rissanen is one of the principle contributors to Open Health Tools. Without his work, the site would not be what it is today. His main contribution is in research; J. Rissanen does most of the background research into the various substances used in bio-hacking substances before providing Johan Theorin with his recommendations. This means Johan is able to focus on making the articles on Open Health Tools engaging without having to worry about whether the research he is using is up-to-date or scientifically valid.
J. Rissanen holds a master’s degree in biochemistry from a European University. After working in industry for a couple of years, he turned to the exciting new world of bio-hacking and has never looked back. In 2018 he partnered with Johan Theorin to create a resource for people wanting to learn more about biotechnology and how it can benefit them.
