Physio Flex Pro Review Overview
Physio Flex Pro is the single best joint supplement that money can buy today. It’s really that simple. This is the only joint supplement on the market to be actively used and recommended by physiotherapists, orthopedic experts, and joint specialists. Physio Flex Pro delivers a perfectly balanced formula of clinically-proven ingredients which cover all the bases of joint health, from improving flexibility and reducing stiffness to easing joint pain and preventing injuries down the road. It is ideal for athletes and older people alike. In terms of value for money, it can’t be beat.
What is Physio Flex Pro?
Physio Flex Pro is a brand new joint supplement. It was launched just weeks ago, and the manufacturer immediately reached out to us for our opinion.
According to the website, Physio Flex Pro is the only specialist joint supplement available for purchase OTC; it is apparently “used by physical therapists and world orthopedic group approved”, which is seriously impressive!
The website lists the benefits of using Physio Flex Pro, which are extensive:
- Natural elimination of joint pain
- Cartilage protection and repair support
- Lubricates stiff joints to boost flexibility and comfort
- Strengthens joints and protects against injuries
That is quite an impressive range of benefits for a 100% natural supplement.
The question is, does Physio Flex Pro really work? Is this joint supplement really backed by physiotherapists and joint specialists? What about side effects? Are there better joint supplements on the market right now? Read our full Physio Flex Pro review below to find out!
Who makes Physio Flex Pro?
Physio Flex Pro is made by SRS Nutra, a specialist supplement company which produces a range of quality natural supplements.
SRS Nutra told us they worked with a handful of joint specialists in the formulation of Physio Flex Pro, including physiotherapists, sports coaches and orthopedic specialists. They said they had worked with physical therapists just like us to develop the best joint supplement on the market.
According to the Physio Flex Pro website, it is actively being used by physiotherapists today, and is fully approved by a major orthopedic body.
This makes it completely unique among joint supplements on the market today. While some brand swill no doubt say that their product is “science backed”, it is a completely different thing to actually be used by joint specialists to improve patient outcomes, ease joint pain and minimize athlete injuries. What works in theory might not work in practice, so real-world use is so important.

Physio Flex Pro Ingredients
Physio Flex Pro uses a set of completely natural compounds and ingredients chosen for ‘gentle absorption’ and maximum effect. Do these ingredients actually work though?
Let’s take a closer look at what goes into Physio Flex Pro and wjhat the scientific evidnece has to say.
Here is a list of the ingredients in Physio Flex Pro along with dosages:
- Turmeric extract (95% curcuminoids) – 200mg
- Ginger extract – 250mg
- Glucosamine HCl – 500mg
- Chondroitin – 100mg
- MSM – 100mg
- Selenium – 200mcg
- Bromelain – 300mg
This is what the Physio Flex Pro ingredients list looks like on the bottle:
We’ll now go through each Physio Flex Pro ingredient one-by-one and explain what it does, why it has been chosen, and what we make of the dosage.
Turmeric Extract – 200mg
Turmeric is a central ingredient in every good joint supplement, and with good reason. Turmeric works! The root of the turmeric plant is a unique source of curcumin; a compound with incredibly powerful anti-inflammatory properties.
Studies show that curcumin inhibits the activity of COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes, which are responsible for inflammation. This is why clinical trials have found turmeric extract to be so effective for treating joint pain associated with inflammation, including the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, tendonitis and cartilage damage associated with sports injuries. Physio Flex Pro only contains 200mg of turmeric, but the extract used is 95% curcuminoids, which is an invcredibly powerful turmeric extract.
Ginger Extract – 250mg
The use of ginger for health purposes dates back to ancient times in China and India where people would drink ginger tea as a form of prevention against different types of ailments such as colds, headaches, stomachaches, nausea, facial paralysis or even insect bites. While many of these “traditional medicine” uses are bogus, clinical studies have shown that ginger is highly effective at treating joint pain.
Ginger has powerful anti-inflammatory properties due to its active ingredient, gingerol. This compound inhibits the production of cytokines which are the body’s response to, and a cause of, inflammation. Supplementing with ginger has been shown to dramatically reduce joint pain among people with inflammation-related joint pain.
Glucosamine HCl – 500mg
Glucosamine is a naturally occurring amino sugar found in great concentrations in your joints. It is a key building block of many of the tissues that make up and surround your joints, including cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and the synovial fluid which lubricates, cushions and protects your joints. Studies show that glucosamine supplementation may increase chondrocyte cells which are responsible for repairing and regenerating cartilage.
All of the best joint supplements need some glucosamine, and ideally glucosamine HCl as it is the most bioavailable form. Glucosamine supplements can be taken by mouth or through injection into a joint for more severe cases. The 500mg of Glucosamine HCl in Physio Flex Pro is more than you need to get signifciant benefits from this supplement.
Chondroitin – 100mg
Chondroitin is a proteoglycan that plays a crucial role in the construction of cartilage. If any supplement is capable of strengthening and repairing cartilage, it’s chondroitin.
Chondroitin is primarily found in cartilage and synovial fluid, and it forms an important part of the extracellular matrix of cartilage. As it has a strong attraction to water, chondroitin pulls water molecules into your cartilage, helping to keep it strong, lubricated, and able to absorb shocks and impacts. Chondroitin also promotes the action of the chondrocyte cells that regulate cartilage growth and repair.
This is why supplementing with chondroitin has been found to be such a powerful and effective joint supplement, particularly for people struggling with joint pain related to cartilage damage (e.g. tendonitis or osteoarthritis). Studies are currently looking at the effectiveness of glucosamine and chondroitin as a treatment for osteoarthritis pain. Longer term studies are needed but initial results are very promising. The 100mg in Physio Flex Pro is more than the research indicates you need to see results.
MSM – 100mg
MSM is a naturally occurring compound found in high concentrations in your connective tissues. It is a vital structural component of collagen, chondroitin and glucosamine, as well as other compounds needed to form and maintain joints.
Studies have shown that supplementing with MSM is a safe and effective way to improve joint strength, flexibility and mobility while also reducing joint pain. The clinical evidence suggests that MSM supplementation can slow down cartilage erosion. The 100mg we get in Physio Flex Pro is a perfect dose.
Selenium – 200mcg
Selenium is an essential mineral. It is important for the formation of healthy bones and connective tissue.
Selenium may help joint health because it inhibits enzymes that break down cartilage in the joints, so it can be especially helpful for people who have arthritis or other joint problems. Selenium alsop appears to have powerful anti-oxidant effects. This would also contribute to healthier joints as it would protect your joints from oxidative damage over long periods of time. This is important, as free radicals can contribute to the development of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
Physio Flex Pro contains a very healthy 200mcg of Selenium per serving. This is a generous dose for an ingredient seldom seen in top tier joint supplements.
Bromelain – 300mg
Bromelain is a very exciting joint supplement. Not many joint supplements use bromelain today, but given the research going into this natural substance, we think that is bound to change in the near future.
Bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapples, and in some other plants in lower quantities. Bromelain is thought to have a range of health benefits, but the only one with substantial scientific backing is reduced joint pain. Bromelain has very specific anti-inflammatory effects which make it highly benficial for people struggling with joint pain. In one study, bromelain was actually found to be more effective than the pain reliever diclofenac at relieving osteoarthritis knee pain. This is pretty spectacular, and it makes bromelain one of the best joint supplements in existence. Each sevring of Physio Flex Pro contains 300mg, which is a significant dose.
Physio Flex Pro Formula Analysis: Is it any good?
After taking a closer look at the Physio Flex Pro ingredients, we can confidently say that this is the best joint supplement on the market today. Compared to even the most popular joint supplements on sale today, such as Relief Factor, Arthrozene and Instaflex, Physio Flex Pro is leagues ahead.
This supplement combines all of the most important natural joint support supplements, making sure all bases are covered and your joints are protected from every angle over the long-term.
Physio Flex Pro works to reduce inflammation, protects cartilage from erosion, supports stronger, more flexible joints, and helps eliminate joint pain in a healthy, safe, natural way. More importantly, Physio Flex Pro provides lasting, long-term joint support, helping to prevent joint damage or pain from ever happening in the first place.
It’s little wonder than Physio Flex Pro is recommended by physiotheraposts and orthopedic surgeons; it is equally ideal for older people struggling with joint pain and athletes looking to speed up injury recovery or to prevent joint pain from their intensive training.
What really seals the deal for us with this supplement is the ingredient quality. Physio Flex Pro uses highly potent, highly bioavailable forms of its ingredients. At the same time, it doesn’t use needlessly expensive branded ingredients, so you hit the sweet spot between effectiveness and value for money.
Our experience with Physio Flex Pro
To properly review Physio Flex Pro, we obviously had to try it out for ourselves. We suspected this was going to be our new recommended joint supplement, so we needed to try it first hand.
We were not disappointed.
Physio Flex Pro is incredibly effective at reducing joint aches and pain. Our review team really put this supplement to the test, using it while they really pushed their training to the limit; we’re talking BJJ, cycling, kickboxing and distance running. Not only did our team not experience any extra joint pain while training so intensely, but they actually experienced reduced joint pain after 4 weeks.
Interestingly, the older members of our review team were the most impressed with Physio Flex Pro. They reported far better digestion with it compared to other joint supplements, and they reported more dramatic reductions in joint pain with Physio Flex pro too.
Overall, we cannot fault our own experiences with this supplement. Obviously we can’t attest to its long-term benefits, but judging by the formula it will clearly provide massive benefits if used daily for many months and years.

Physio Flex Pro Side Effects: Is it safe?
As far as side effects are concerned, we don’t have any concerns about Physio Flex Pro.
All of the ingredients in Physio Flex Pro are 100% natural. They have all been tested in robust clinical trials using human participants. All of them are deemed safe for regular human consumption. None are thought to cause serious side effects or pose any long-term health risks. When side effects do occur, they are usually mild side effects related to digestive issues from one or two ingredients.
One thing we must note here is that Physio Flex Pro has been purposefully designed for easy digestion. The manufacturer knows that many users of joint supplements are older, so are likely to struggle with digestive issues. They therefore formulated Physio Flex Pro with this in mind, making it as easy on digestion as possible.
Physio Flex Pro Review Conclusion: Is it a good joint supplement?
Physio Flex Pro is, without question, the best joint supplement on the market right now. We have reviewed dozens of the most popular joint supplements, but none of them offer the same range of benefits, value for money and excellent side effect profile that Physio Flex Pro can give you.
Physio Flex Pro covers all bases; it protects cartilage from erosion and damage, strengthens connective tissues, promotes synovial fluid production, reduces inflammation, naturally reduces joint pain, and helps make your joints more shock absorbant and resistant to injury.
What really impresses us about Physio Flex Pro is how the formula has been perfectly balanced to meet the needs of both competitve athletes wanting to reduce injury risk and speed up recovery, and the needs of older people sturggling with joint pain.
At around $1.66 per day, we think this is easily the best value joint supplement around. The only products that come close are either much more expensive or constantly out of stock.
We tried Physio Flex Pro ourselves and saw fantastic results. If you’re looking for long-term joint support, we can’t recommend a joint supplement more than this one.
