Open Health Tools is formed exclusively as a non-profit trade association, as set out in section 501(c)(6) of the US Internal Revenue Code. And Open Health Tools is an open source organization, responsible for a growing and complex ecosystem. This combination means that there is a relatively large body of legal/policy documents governing the range of Open Health Tools' activities.
