Governance Documents
Open Health Tools is formed exclusively as a non-profit trade association, as set out in section 501(c)(6) of the US Internal Revenue Code. And Open Health Tools is an open source organization, responsible for a growing and complex ecosystem. This combination means that there is a relatively large body of legal/policy documents governing the range of Open Health Tools' activities. Incorporation Documents

IRS Documents
Under IRS regulations, Open Health Tools is required to file annual reports on Form 990. Included here are the annual filings and supporting documentation.
